Poster Submission Guidelines & Specifications
Poster presenters are required to prepare their posters in accordance with the following standards:
Poster Format & Dimensions
- Orientation: Portrait.
- Size: A1 (38.1 cm width × 54.2 cm height).
- File Size: Maximum 40 MB.
- Font Size:
Minimum 24 pt for body text to ensure readability.
Titles and headers should be appropriately larger for clear visibility.
Required Poster Elements
Your poster must include:
- The Conference Logo.
- Title of the poster.
- Author(s) name, affiliation(s), and email address(es).
- Relevant graphics, charts, and text that clearly communicate the key points of your presentation.
Presentation Format
- In-person poster presentation.
- Duration: One-hour poster viewing session (Physical format only).

- Submit a soft copy of your poster using the form below.
- Remember to bring a printed (hard copy) of your poster to the conference.
